HUGO, MANUEL B., 49, of North Kingstown, passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 14, 2023. He was the loving companion of 13 years to Michele L. Briggs.
Born in Newport, Rhode Island, Manuel was the beloved son of Cindy L. Maroney and Herbert Wagner. Loving father of Sarena Hugo and Nathan Hugo; dedicated father figure to Michael Briggs.
Manuel worked for many years as a Package Handler for FedEx, where he was known amongst his coworkers as a hard and dedicated employee, and was recognized for his service. In his spare time, Manuel enjoyed trips to the beach, playing video games, but any time spent with his family is what Manuel loved most.
