MICHELE ROMANO Obituary

ROMANO, MICHELE L., 56, of Warwick, passed away unexpectedly.  

 

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Vincent and Irene (Roncaioli) Romano.

 

Michele graduated from Coventry High School, Class of 1986, where she made many lifelong friendships. She worked throughout Rhode Island and most recently, Michele worked as an advocate for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities at the Trudeau Center in Warwick and West Bay RI, in Warwick for over a decade. She loved spending time in nature, especially at the beach, and loved painting and listening to music. Her radiant energy, generosity, and bubbly personality will be missed by all who knew her.   

 

Michele is survived by her loving children, Jaiden Fiore, and Falon Fiore. Loving sister of Jayme Fristam, Valerie Romano, Vincent “Vin” Romano Jr. Michele is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends. 

 

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Thursday, April 24, 2025 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM in the Iannotti Funeral Home AT MAPLE ROOT, 2000 NOOSENECK HILL ROAD (ROUTE 3), Coventry. A Memorial Service will begin at 6:30 PM. Burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich, is respectfully private. 


 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Michele’s memory to 

Boston Children’s Hospital

would be appreciated.
