PARENTEAU, PAUL A., 59, of Warwick, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025 at Kent Hospital, Warwick. He was the husband of Sandra (Veloz) Parenteau.
Born in Limestone, Maine, Paul was a son of the late Robert J. and Carolyn (LeClair) Parenteau.
Growing up in Coventry, Rhode Island, Paul graduated from Coventry High School where he made many lifelong friends. Always a people person, Paul spent his entire career working in the automobile industry where he was a General Manager of dealerships throughout Rhode Island. When he wasn’t working, Paul enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially fishing, boating, and golfing. Above all, anytime that he was spending with his family, especially his children, is what he cherished most.
Paul is survived by his loving children, Natalie Parenteau of Warwick, Paul A. Parenteau II of Missouri. He was the brother of Teri Chatterley, Debbie DeGregory, Cynthia Podgurski, William Parenteau, and the late Steven and David Parenteau. Paul is also survived by many loving extended family members and lifelong friends.
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (NOON) in the Iannotti Funeral Home at MAPLE ROOT, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Road (ROUTE 3), Coventry, Rhode Island followed by a luncheon at Holy Ghost Hall, 11 Ventura St., West Warwick, RI 02893. Burial is respectfully private.
