PAUL R. WORTHEN, 71, of Coventry, passed away while surrounded by his loving family at the HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, Providence on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
Born in Bangor, Maine, Paul was a son of the late Floyd J. Worthen and Elizabeth Mae (Darling) Anderson.
After High School, Paul proudly served his country in the United States Army and in the Rhode Island Army National Guard.
Paul was the loving father of Alicia Kidd, her husband Matthew, of Coventry, Michelle Gouveia of Cranston. Grandfather of Cameron Domenicone; Paul is also survived by his grandpup, Chester Paul.
Family and friends are invited to attend Paul’s Burial with Military Funeral Honors on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter. Those planning to attend are asked to meet at the main entrance of the cemetery at 9:45 AM.
