RICHARD D. "RICK" WHITE, JR.

WHITE JR., RICHARD D. “RICK” 61, of Coventry passed away at Our Lady Fatima Hospital surrounded by his loving family on Monday, February 16, 2026. He was the beloved husband of Renee M. (Gilbert) White for 19 years. Born in Warwick, Rick was a son of the late Richard D. White Jr. and the late Barbara (Phillips) Martineau.

Rick graduated from Coventry High School in 1982 known as the “Crazy Crew of 1982” graduating class. He worked tirelessly at the former Coventry House of Pizza, before seeking employment as a forklift operator at the Pepsi Cola Bottling Company in Cranston. He was a dedicated employee from May 1994 to his retirement in June 2021. Rick was a member of the Union Local 513 RWDSU.

Rick was skilled in playing recreational sports including golf, basketball and football. He cherished his Mustang GT and he was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.

Rick was the brother of Steve E. White of Warwick, and the late Deborah Lynn White-Brown. He was the stepfather of Kayla Rose Marold of Staten Island, New York. Rick was the brother-in-law of Rhonda Lagasse and her husband Joseph of Coventry.

Visiting hours will be Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm with a Memorial Service at 2:00 pm in the Iannotti Funeral Home at MAPLE ROOT, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Rd.,(95/exit 18/Rte.3) Coventry.
