RICHARD L. "EMO" GORDON

GORDON, RICHARD L. “Emo”, 90, of Coventry, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at the West View Nursing Home, West Warwick. He was the loving husband of 60 years to June (Boyd) Gordon. 

Born in Warwick, he was a son of the late Robert and Florence (Emond) Gordon. 

Emo worked for many years as a Batch Maker for The Hoescht Chemical Company in Coventry, RI.  He was a lifelong fan of sports, and especially loved the game of football.  

Loving father of  William Law Jr. and his wife Gloria, of Coventry, and the late Christine A. Sullivan, and Steven Gordon. Adoring grandfather of Makayla, Kelsey, and Shannon. Brother of Nancy, and the late Alberta, Roberta, Shirley, Beverly, George, Robert, and James. Emo is also survived by his dear friend, Bob Flamond.    

Funeral Services are respectfully private.
