ROBERT HENRY BOWEN

BOWEN, ROBERT H., 59, of Coventry, passed away at home, with loving family by his side, on Friday, September 5, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Kim (Andriote) Bowen. The couple just recently celebrated 27 years of marriage. Born in Warwick, he was a son of the late Charles E. Bowen Sr. and Loretta D. (Berchem) Bowen.

Robert graduated from Coventry High School in 1984. He went on to 34 years of employment in the Public Works Department for the Town of Coventry. More recently, he was employed as a delivery driver for O’Reilly Auto Parts in Coventry. Robert was also a volunteer firefighter with the Central Coventry Fire District for many years. Robert enjoyed spending time with his family and also following NASCAR.

He was the brother of Cheryl A. Seltzer and her husband Robert of Smithfield, Donna L. Bowen of Coventry, and Charles E. Bowen Jr. and his wife Tracie of Warwick. He was the uncle of Amanda Seltzer, Sarah Seltzer and Skyla Rose Bowen.
