ROBERT HOPKINS Obituary

HOPKINS, ROBERT STEPHEN,  80, of West Warwick, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his bedside on Monday, February 24, 2025 at the Riverview Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, Coventry.

Born in Providence, he was a son of the late William A. and Annette (Godbolt) Hopkins.

Robert was a loving brother to Peggy Allinson, Patricia Wynne and the late William A. Hopkins Jr. He was a beloved father to all of his daughters and he will be missed dearly by all of his nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

As a young man, Robert grew up in Warwick’s Gaspee neighborhood. He worked as an Industrial Weaver and also was a supervisor in the manufacturing of fine jewelry retail display cases for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, reading, and simply spending time with his grandchildren. Always a man of faith, Robert found solace in knowing he would soon be reunited with his late great grandson, Alexander Stephen Hopkins.

Funeral Services are respectfully private. Arrangements by the Iannotti Funeral Home.

In Robert's words,
