RONALD EDWARD BRIGGS

BRIGGS, RONALD E. “RONNIE”  57, of West Warwick, passed unexpectedly at home on Thursday, October 18, 2018. Born in Warwick, he was a son of Marjorie M. (Saccoccio) Briggs of Warwick and the late Norman E. Briggs Jr.

Ronnie was employed in ceramic tile and carpet installation for 40 years before retiring. He was a graduate of Cranston West High School Class of 1979. Ronnie enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and spending time with good friends. Ronnie was a lifelong fan of the Miami Dolphins and was a very talented craftsman. 

He was the brother of Dean J. Briggs and Jeff Kelly of West Warwick, Noreen A. Vinica and her husband Michael of Warwick, and Greg A. Briggs and his wife Sherri of Smithfield. Ron was the uncle of Shelby E. Vinica and Joseph O. Parrillo.

Ronald’s funeral services will be private. Arrangements are with the IANNOTTI Funeral Home, Coventry.
