RUNELL BLANCHE (ARPIN) LABRIE

LABRIE, RUNELL B. (ARPIN) 92,  a resident of Coventry, RI for 63 years before moving to West Greenwich, RI passed away at home, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, April 6, 2025. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 58 years, Albert A. LaBrie in 2010. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Joseph O. and Corinne E. (Burke) Arpin.

Runell was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. As a homemaker, caring for her family meant everything to her. Runell had a strong Catholic faith, and she was a dedicated parishioner of Saints John & Paul Church. She enjoyed watching Golf , soap operas and game shows. Runell also enjoyed the scenic beauty of the Rhode Island beaches and coastline.

She was the mother of Denise J. Dennegan and her husband Steven, Lorraine C. Theroux and her husband Kevin, and Diane L. Pastore (late Louis Pastore), all of West Greenwich.  She was the grandmother of Danielle Hartnett (Rory), Courtney Beretta (Alex), Ryan Dennegan (Nora), Shane Dennegan, and Talya Pastore. Runell was the great-grandmother of Claire, Isla, Audrey, Jaxson, Madelynn Rue, Seamus, Cillian, Honora, and the late Edward Albert.

Her funeral will be Thursday morning, April 10, 2025 at 10 am from the Iannotti Funeral Home at MAPLE ROOT, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Rd.,(95/exit 18/Rte.3) Coventry, with a Mass of Christian Burial 11 am in Saints John & Paul Church. Interment at the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Exeter. Visiting hours are Wednesday evening, April 9, 2025 from 4 to 7 pm.
