Obituary
THEROUX, Ruth V., 97, of Coventry, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Kent Hospital, Warwick, RI. She was the wife of the late Joseph H. Theroux.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Fredrica (Seidel) Fraser.
Ruth loved reading, spending time in her garden, and sitting in the sun. She enjoyed cooking for her family and friends, and was an active member of her church community.
She was the mother of Virginia A. Vecchiarelli, and her husband Bruno, Joseph H. Theroux, and his wife Dawn, Anne L. Carpenter, and the late Charles H. Theroux. Ruth was also the mother in law of Charle's wife Gloria Theroux and the late Douglas M. Carpenter. Grandmother of eight, great grandmother of seven.
Family and friends are invited to Ruth’s funeral service on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at 10:00 AM, in the Phenix Baptist Church, 2 Fairview Ave., West Warwick. Internment to follow at St. Peter & Paul Cemetery, West Warwick.
