SANDRA DIANE FISHER

FISHER, SANDRA DIANE, 69, of Greene, RI, passed peacefully at the Hope Health Hulitar Hospice in Providence on Friday, April 23, 2021. Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, she was a daughter of the late Harold W. and Doris (Stockdale) Fisher. Sandra graduated from South Kingstown High School in 1969. She went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from the University of Rhode Island. Sandra was a Home Economics Teacher at the Chariho High School for 30 years before retiring. Sandra enjoyed tending to her gardens. She belonged to the Whataknohow Garden Club in Coventry.

She was the mother of Joshua Ortiz-Fisher of Greene and Richard Scott of North Kingstown. Sandra is also survived by her sister Deborah S. Fisher of Greene, and five grandchildren.

Per Sandra’s request, no services will be held. Arrangements are with the Iannotti Funeral Home at MAPLE ROOT, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Rd., (Rte.3) in Coventry. iannottifh.com
