STEEV PANNETON

PANNETON, STEEV, 64, of West Warwick, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, November 20, 2022. Born in Warwick, he was a son of the late Leo and Gisele (Salvail) Panneton.

A proud and patriotic man, Steev served his country in the United States Navy. Continuing his service to country, Steev worked for over 20 years as a Supervisor for the Transportation Security Administration, helping keep travelers in and out of the Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport safe and secure. 

Steev was a creator, and was known for his love of art. In his free time, Steev enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing the Bass Guitar in his multiple bands, and spending time with his family, especially his adored grandchildren.

He was the devoted father of Ryan Panneton, his wife Jennifer, of West Warwick, Shane Panneton, his wife Hannah, of West Greenwich, and Aaron Panneton, of Charlotte, North Carolina. He was the loving grandfather of Haley, Shane, Charlotte, Aaron, Brycen, Chase, Kaylie, Hunter, Jayson, RJ, and Jackson. Steev was predeceased by his brother, Guy Panneton, in 2019.  

Calling hours will be held Saturday, November 26, 2022 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM in the Iannotti Funeral Home at MAPLE ROOT, 2000 Nooseneck Hill Road (RTE 3), Coventry, RI. A Funeral Service, followed by Military Funeral Honors, will begin at 1:00 PM. Burial is private. In lieu of flowers, donations made in Steev’s memory to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank (rifoodbank.org/give-now) would be appreciated.
