WHITTEMORE, Terra Fae, formally known as “Terrance Scott Whittemore”, 34, born October 22, 1985 passed away on August 31, 2020.
She attended Burrillville High School and followed her passion by furthering her education by obtaining her Process Technology Certificate. One of her greatest accomplishments was achieving her Eagle Scout Rank in 2004 from Troop 2 of West Warwick. She spent many summers at Yawgoo while working towards this achievement. Camping became one of her passions as well as photography and playing video games with her nephew, Tristin. As an active member of the community, she volunteered in the lighting of the Providence Water Fires and was an active member of the LGBTQ community. Terra was also a talented writer and creative artist. Her work was published in Mysteries, Monsters, Memories & More VIII.
Terra will always be remembered for the love and affection she showed towards family and friends; she was a pillar to her niece and nephews. The strength and courage she displayed in her war against depression was inspiring. Sadly, her pain became overwhelming. She is survived by all that loved and supported her in her battle.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend A Memorial Celebration of Life on September 11, 2020 from 4-7pm at IANNOTTI Funeral Home, 415 Washington St. (Rte. 117), Coventry, RI.
