Dr. Hashway was an amazing gift to many people, including my Aunt, Dr. Dorothy Alexander.  she spoke so highly of Dr. Hashway, as did all of the people at Grambling State University. We continue to remember her and celebrate her life.

I am so sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful person. I will treasure my memories of the times shared with Sue when we were students at RIC.

Robert, Leu Anne, Becky and Rachel

Dear Janice, Betty, and Joan, We share your heartache and sadness. We loved Sue. She touched our lives with laughter and amagingly good food as the best neighbor we have ever had. Our daughter Becky received such encouragement from Sue. We miss her and love her. Our prayers are with you, Robert, Leu Anne, and Becky Prince, and Rachel Scott

George and Janet Lemay

It was my great pleasure to have had Sue as a student when I first started teaching. Later she joined me in the Math. Dept. at WWHS. Sue's dedication to her students and fellow teachers showed the wonderful and caring person she was. Due to previous commitments, we will be unable to attend her services. However, she will remain in our prayers and thoughts. May you all find peace and consolation in this time of grief.

Dear Susan's family,

I am so very sorry for OUR loss. In the early years of my membership in the National Association for Developmental Education, I expressed to Susan that I would like to work with her on the Research Committee. She welcomed me with open arms and always treated me with great respect. She was such a dear lady!
